Kindle 2 Cover

As you already know, the Kindle 2 doesn't come standard with a cover so if you want one you'll need to purchase one separately (although they do encourage you to purchase the Amazon Leather cover as an add-on when you first purchase your new Kindle).

But there are more stylish Kindle 2 cover's for your Kindle (my favorite is still the Cole Haan Hand-Woven Patent Leather Cover) which while pricey is the ultimate luxury in Kindle accessories.

But if you don't have a spare $100 (I told you the Cole Haan Kindle covers were expensive) then you can get lots of different designs for under $30 - or even under $20 if you want to get a GelaSkin instead (these look funky but I'm not sure how much protection they really give).

If you are into really unusual designs then Oberon Designs do many different leather Kindle 2 cover's that are something you would expect the hobbits in the Shire to use - they are beautifully designs if what somewhat gothic in their appearance.

The most popular Kindle 2 cover is still the M-Edge Prodigy cover's because not only are they inexpensive they come in a wide range of colors so that you can change them as often as your mood.

Many people say how much the Kindle 2 has changed their lives and the way they read books now, all that time that you sit around waiting (for a bus, for your friends, for your favorite tv show to start) can be used catching up on the latest novel . Kindle's are easy to carry around with you and because most new books are under $10 (some are even free) you can be reading as often as you like.

Carrying around your Kindle is a much for efficient and organised way to get all your reading done, and that is why you would want to protect it with a good Kindle cover.
